Dr. Hannah Britten, Breast Clinician
Dr Hannah Britten is a Specialist General Practitioner with a specific interest in breast medicine and women’s health. Hannah completed her medical degree at the University of Newcastle in 2011 and has trained locally in the Hunter New England area. She holds a Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
At The Breast Centre, Hannah enjoys working within a team to provide comprehensive patient-focused care. She offers consultations for breast screening advice, assessment and management of breast symptoms including breast lumps, for patients at increased risk of breast cancer and for surveillance post breast cancer. She can perform breast biopsies under ultrasound guidance for further diagnostic assessment of breast lesions.
Within general practice, Hannah has particular interests and experience in women’s health, antenatal care, mother-baby care, paediatrics and breastfeeding medicine.
